The 37% statistic is misrepresented. That figure, 37% is the overall percentage of the time that the participants went along with the group. (Total number of times people conformed divided by total number of opportunities to conform). It would be more correct to say that "on average" people conformed and went along with the group 37% of the time.

Only 5 percent of participants were always swayed by the crowd... in the video it says it was 37%...?!?
