A “neo-penis” is then formed by grafting flesh and fat from the abdomen, and attaching it to the urethra.
A scrotum is made using grafted vulva tissue combined with silicone testicular implants.
The danger of this highly invasive, multi-tissue and organ sex-change procedure—which Rachel Levine promotes—is that it can cause excessive bleeding from the removal of the uterus, and can cause infection leading to death by using lacerated tissue from the removed vagina.

The Globalist media and some political figures are promoting the idea of transgender identity in today's world by identifying them as gender x. After the gradual conditioning of the media, this will eventually come to light as the new norm.
If one would question this, the heavily conditioned masses will despise and defame you.
Here are some of the reasons with the agenda behind such idealism.

-Replacing Ethic cultures with Multiculturalism
The people promoting these ideals behind the scenes are not practicing what they're preaching, it's merely for the masses not them, and they do not want their children to practice it but let mainstream media promote it for the rest of us and our children. These globalists have manipulated us from early times and have been very successful in pushing their agendas.
Today, it's believed that about 80% of the world's populations are copies, and you will always find there is a percentage of people who would follow these radical agendas. Over the years, such extreme ideals have been manifested successfully, and no matter what they throw at the masses, there is always a percentage that will subconsciously follow.
The globalist strives to destroy the family and the difference between men and women so they can crash the birthrate. The lower the birthrate, the more foreigners they can bring in to replace them. People have been on this earth for at least 1.8 million years and if you went back just a few decades ago, roughly between 40 to 100 years ago and explained that people are removing their breast, testicles, etc. to change their sexes, people in the past would be shocked as this wasn't practiced in their generation, and note their birthrate was high, so each country was striving with their own culture and background of people without the need to introduce multiculturalism.
Today we have the option to pick our gender, its understandable there may be an odd person born with both sex organs due to deformities, and they had to choose. However, it isn't understandable today when people are opting to go under the knife and remove their sexual birthrights, which is destroying the next generation. Males are getting their reproductive organs removed and taking shots to lower testosterone, regardless of these drastic changes, they still carry the Y chromosome, and that cannot be changed. Women are surgically removing their breasts and taking shots of male testosterone to boost male-like traits, yet they cannot remove their ability to give birth to a baby.
When talking about a percentage of people following trends the Globalist promote, we can get into such fine details regarding the little subconscious things they push, some successful mainstream trends to name a few are alcohol, smoking, social media, materialism, and now accepting of transgender people and the drastic operations they shall take to complete the look.
Many of these people are not entirely religious, and without moral guidance, they will do all types of drastic things, including changing their sex, which in result, destroying their future generation. They don’t do much thinking than following the mainstream subconscious emotional differences of agenda, and they seem to stay in a very narrow tunnel of information without opening the conscious to the more in-depth picture regarding the birth of the next generation and promoting your cultural beliefs and background.
If you are a trans-woman and have your breast removed, what happens in the future if you want to start a family? Your partner is also a woman, does one adopt a child from a 3rd world country?. If so, then congratulations, you just introduced genocide to your cultural ancestry. Your ancestry would say you're insane from doing this as today it's becoming normal as we see it on a daily basis.
These acts of same-sex marriage and transgenderism are frown upon in many religious beliefs, it's heavily condoned in Muslim countries, and if one would be caught, and such punishments are death. The sad fact is that Christianity is losing its influence worldwide, and it doesn’t have strict rules when it comes to same-sex marriages and transgenderism. Islam, on the other hand, has stringent regulations which made are made very clear; this stops people from doing these things. Perhaps such a dramatic action is necessary to make the change and stop the maddest and overthrow the Globalist out of power. In the future as Islam becomes more potent in western countries, it will be a stop to same-sex marriages and transgenderism, any person who had an operation in the future will find that Islam will make that person's life an absolute nightmare.
Same-sex marriages amongst people will never be able to be content as they're trying to get rid of their true natural calling to bear children for the next generation. There is a reason why same-sex people experience a higher separation rate, depression, and suicide than the average person.
The Globalist set out on a mission to destroy the cultural difference between the masses, and they're successfully achieving that, it's also believed at the rate they're going, soon they will be promoting the idea of marrying an artificial intelligence including even more dramatic future scenarios, your pet animals. It's getting absurd, and the masses aren't questioning it. What is intelligence? We are treated like animals and mixing like them, in the end, what will be left, our minds?
Currently, such vast changes are happening in western society, especially amongst Caucasian people who have not developed a community-based organization and anti-defamation league. These organizations are designed to defend their people and rights in the courts against politicians, mainstream agendas, and same-sex marriages. With all the confusion, it's destroying their thinking and creating such a subconscious level of stress, depression, and increasing the suicidal rate. The Globalists think of us like animals, don’t let them get their way.
