It's all in the chemistry. According to the book "Gunpowder" by Jack Kelly, black powder will result in only 44% of the initial weight being turned to a gas, 56% is solid residue hence the barrel fouling nature of black powder. This solid residue is primarily potassium sulfite, leftover from the saltpeter and sulfur in optimal mixtures. The saltpeter (KNO3) provides the oxygen for combustion. The 44% gasses produced occupy 280 times the volume of the original black powder. At the temperature of the explosion, 3880 dF, the volume of the same gas will be 3,600 times more. The pressure can reach 20 ton per square inch. I am not sure of the chemistry of the smokeless powder, but with less solid in the end that the 56% residue of black powder, we can see that smokeless powder goes toward 95%-100% gas, little residue. This means the amount of gas produced can be double or more per weight of powder, hence the pressure can be double too if it burns all the way before the slug leaves the barrel. It may burn slower put produce double the gas. I don't know the temperature of the smokeless, but if comparable, then we can easily see the danger of using smokeless in an original old black powder gun.

During WWII my father, a Navy Pharmacist's Mate (3), was at the Oakland Naval Hospital in California. The Martin Mars seaplanes were used to carry the worst of the wounded from places like Iwo Jima home to America. The Mars seaplanes landed on San Francisco Bay and docked at the Alameda Naval Air Station. My father met the seaplane with his "fleet" of six $1800 Packard ambulances, each of which could carry 4 stretcher cases. Dad would go aboard the seaplane and talk to the nurse who traveled with the wounded. He would learn who the "worst of the worst" were and they would go in the ambulance with the softest springs. The ambulances would then crawl six miles up to the hospital, sometimes as slow as ten miles an hour (to avoid jostling the patients). All this he described in letters home to my mother (I wasn't born yet), who fortunately saved everything.

Powered by either surface drives or waterjets, the design has a maximum speed well over 50kts, a 40kts+ cruise speed and a range of 500nm. The design incorporates all the features of Safehaven’s smaller 11-17m Barracuda range of naval craft, with greater endurance, payload and crew capacity. The design will enter full production in 2019.
I am really glad that I number Neanderthals amongst my ancestors. Science is showing that they were intelligent, resourceful, compassionate and artistic human beings. The origin of the Ashkenazi Jews, who come most recently from Europe, has largely been shrouded in mystery. But a new study suggests that at least their maternal lineage may derive largely from Europe.
Though the finding may seem intuitive, it contradicts the notion that European Jews mostly descend from people who left Israel and the Middle East around 2,000 years ago. Instead, a substantial proportion of the population originates from local Europeans who converted to Judaism, said study co-author Martin Richards, an archaeogeneticist at the University of Huddersfield in England.
Tangled legacy
Little is known about the history of Ashkenazi Jews before they were expelled from the Mediterranean and settled in what is now Poland around the 12th century. On average, all Ashkenazi Jews are genetically as closely related to each other as fourth or fifth cousins, said Dr. Harry Ostrer, a pathology, pediatrics and genetics professor at the Albert Einstein College of Medicine in New York and the author of “Legacy: A Genetic History of the Jewish People” (Oxford University Press, 2012).
But depending on whether the lineage gets traced through maternal or paternal DNA or through the rest of the genome, researchers got very different answers for whether Ashkenazi originally came from Europe or the Near East.
Past research found that 50 percent to 80 percent of DNA from the Ashkenazi Y chromosome, which is used to trace the male lineage, originated in the Near East, Richards said. That supported a story wherein Jews came from Israel and largely eschewed intermarriage when they settled in Europe. [The Holy Land: 7 Amazing Archaeological Finds]
But historical documents tell a slightly different tale. Based on accounts such as those of Jewish historian Flavius Josephus, by the time of the destruction of the Second Temple in A.D. 70, as many as 6 million Jews were living in the Roman Empire, but outside Israel, mainly in Italy and Southern Europe. In contrast, only about 500,000 lived in Judea, said Ostrer, who was not involved in the new study.
“The major Jewish communities were outside Judea,” Ostrer told LiveScience.
Maternal DNA
Richards and his colleagues analyzed mitochondrial DNA, which is contained in the cytoplasm of the egg and passed down only from the mother, from more than 3,500 people throughout the Near East, the Caucusus and Europe, including Ashkenazi Jews.
The team found that four founders were responsible for 40 percent of Ashkenazi mitochondrial DNA, and that all of these founders originated in Europe. The majority of the remaining people could be traced to other European lineages.
All told, more than 80 percent of the maternal lineages of Ashkenazi Jews could be traced to Europe, with only a few lineages originating in the Near East.
Virtually none came from the North Caucasus, located along the border between Europe and Asia between the Black and Caspian seas.
The finding should thoroughly debunk one of the most questionable, but still tenacious, hypotheses: that most Ashkenazi Jews can trace their roots to the mysterious Khazar Kingdom that flourished during the ninth century in the region between the Byzantine Empire and the Persian Empire, Richards and Ostrer said.
The genetics suggest many of the founding Ashkenazi women were actually converts from local European populations.
“The simplest explanation was that it was mainly women who converted and they married with men who’d come from the Near East,” Richards told LiveScience.
Another possibility is that Jews actively converted both men and women among local populations at this time, although researchers would need more detailed study of paternal lineages to test that hypothesis, Richards said.

Skin Color
It has been said that every race is a product of their environment. If this were the case, the Mongolian people, who live north of China where the climate is very cold and cloudy, would have evolved to have white skins. But they do not have white. They have brown skins.
Other examples are to go further South to China and Japan where the people have white skins. The same also holds true in other countries if you investigate it, the American Indians who live in North America live in a cold climate yet they have brown skins. There are some now who have white skins but that has occurred through intermarriage with whites. Bushmen who occupied half of Africa, and who were driven out by the Blacks to Southern Africa have brown skin, Asian facial looks, and a language which is not related to the Black languages. Climate may have some effect on skin but race is also involved.

Sickle cell disease was originally called a "black" disease, however, it has been shown to be found in other warm climates such as the Middle East, Africa and India. Sickle cell Disease is an inherited blood disorder predominantly found in black Africans all over the world including America and Europe. It is a serious inherited condition with 1 in 12 African Americans currently carrying the trait. The disease alters the shape of red blood cells making them sickle-shaped. These cells do not flow well as the shape causes blockages resulting in joint pain or sometimes even stroke; sometimes it lasts only a few hours, sometimes it lasts for several weeks.
Research has shown that this blood abnormality is an evolutionary process where the issues of sickle cells are seen by evolution as less of an issue than the malaria resistance it provides. Malarial parasites cannot infect sickle cells because the parasite cannot "fit" inside the sickle cells, destroying them before the parasites can grow and reproduce.
It is a genetic condition that is passed on from the parents. There are two versions, Sickle Cell Trait where you carry the condition but don't have any symptoms and Sickle Cell Disease which requires medical management. If you marry a person who has either of these conditions you need to be aware that you could pass this onto your child and a blood test can be taken after birth to see if it has been inherited or alternatively you can opt to have prenatal genetic testing completed. Having one parent with Sickle Cell Disease means that there is a chance your child will be born with either the disease or the trait. With each pregnancy, two people with sickle cell traits may have the following: 25% chance of having an unaffected child with normal hemoglobin. 50% chance of having a child who also is a carrier. 25% chance of having a child with sickle cell anemia.

The disease is so terrible, that during pregnancy you can opt to do a prenatal genetic test to discover if the unborn child has inherited the disease. Some parents then opt to terminate the pregnancy rather than bear a child with this debilitating condition.
The further North you go from Mediterranean to Northern Europe, the less ultra-violet radiaiton there is. Vitamin D is one of our essential nutrients, and we depend on the sunshine to make it. If you do not make enough it can result in many illnesses and diseases. Dark skin pigmentation reduces vitamin D production in the skin and Vitamin D deficiency is prevalent among Africans living in colder climates, much more so than any other ethnic group. Vitamin D deficiency is linked to a number of illnesses including prostate cancer, osteoporosis, multiple sclerosis, rheumatoid arthritis, and diabetes. Recent studies have also shown that low levels of vitamin D in the blood seems to contribute to a weak immune system and insomnia.

Whether it was worth the cost, I am in no position to judge. But I do know that the USA, much less the great wall, cannot contain China's rise today. And if the team is right about that, the partial skull is the oldest specimen of Homo sapiens outside Africa, handily beating the previous record holder, a jawbone from Israel’s Misliya Cave that’s about 180,000 years old. “I couldn’t believe it at first,” Harvati says, “but all the analyses we conducted gave the same result.”

The study, published in the Nature Genetics journal, analyzed the sequences of 1,244 human male Y chromosomes drawn from the 1000 Genomes Project.
According to the study, this “super progenitor” lived around 4,000 years ago, and was probably one of the earliest leading kings of early Europe.
Although it is not known who he was, or where he lived, the study says he certainly existed because of the genetic evidence which still can be seen in present-day European populations.
One of the study authors, Dr. Chris Tyler-Smith, said that the most “novel and exciting thing” which they had discovered in the study was the “extraordinary explosion in numbers of males at specific times.”
“In Europe there was huge population expansion in just a few generations. Genetics can’t tell us why it happened but we know that a tiny number of elite males were controlling reproduction and dominating the population.

On how Jesus' hair looked like: you did say in the video as well about how Judas had to go and kiss Jesus to tell the Romans who they needed to arrest because he didn't look much different from the other disciples, so likely at that time Jesus had the same hair and beard style as his disciples. Because as you pointed out about other characteristics, Judas could've said "the one with the very long hair/short hair is Jesus" or "the one with/without beard is him".

I’m Jewish so I’m not familiar w/Book of Revelations. However, we did give the world the phrase, “I am black and beautiful” (Song of Songs, Hebrew Bible). Week after week, the script changes (Donald Trump’s Tweets, Congress’ hearings on Robert Mueller’s Russia probe, the military’s endless war drums, the ever-widening field of candidates for the 2020 presidential race, etc.) with each new script following on the heels of the last, never any let-up, never any relief from the constant melodrama.
The players come and go, the protagonists and antagonists trade places, and the audience members are quick to forget past mistakes and move on to the next spectacle.
All the while, a different kind of drama is unfolding in the dark backstage, hidden from view by the heavy curtain, the elaborate stage sets, colored lights and parading actors.
Such that it is, the realm of political theater with all of its drama, vitriol and scripted theatrics is what passes for “transparent” government today, with elected officials, entrusted to act in the best interests of their constituents, routinely performing for their audiences and playing up to the cameras, while doing very little to move the country forward.

F is for FASCISM. A study conducted by Princeton and Northwestern University concluded that the U.S. government does not represent the majority of American citizens. Instead, the study found that the government is ruled by the rich and powerful, or the so-called “economic elite.” Moreover, the researchers concluded that policies enacted by this governmental elite nearly always favor special interests and lobbying groups. In other words, we are being ruled by an oligarchy disguised as a democracy, and arguably on our way towards fascism—a form of government where private corporate interests rule, money calls the shots, and the people are seen as mere economic units.
G is for GRENADE LAUNCHERS and GLOBAL POLICE. The federal government has distributed more than $18 billion worth of battlefield-appropriate military weapons, vehicles and equipment such as drones, tanks, and grenade launchers to domestic police departments across the country. As a result, most small-town police forces now have enough firepower to render any citizen resistance futile. Now take those small-town police forces, train them to look and act like the military, and then enlist them to be part of the United Nations’ Strong Cities Network program, and you not only have a standing army that operates beyond the reach of the Constitution but one that is part of a global police force.
H is for HOLLOW-POINT BULLETS. The government’s efforts to militarize and weaponize its agencies and employees is reaching epic proportions, with federal agencies as varied as the Department of Homeland Security and the Social Security Administration stockpiling millions of lethal hollow-point bullets, which violate international law. Ironically, while the government continues to push for stricter gun laws for the general populace, the U.S. military’s arsenal of weapons makes the average American’s handgun look like a Tinker Toy.
I is for the INTERNET OF THINGS, in which internet-connected “things” will monitor your home, your health and your habits in order to keep your pantry stocked, your utilities regulated and your life under control and relatively worry-free. The key word here, however, is control. This “connected” industry propels us closer to a future where police agencies apprehend virtually anyone if the government “thinks” they may commit a crime, driverless cars populate the highways, and a person’s biometrics are constantly scanned and used to track their movements, target them for advertising, and keep them under perpetual surveillance.
J is for JAILING FOR PROFIT. Having outsourced their inmate population to private prisons run by private corporations, this profit-driven form of mass punishment has given rise to a $70 billion private prison industry that relies on the complicity of state governments to keep their privately run prisons full by jailing large numbers of Americans for inane crimes.
K is for KENTUCKY V. KING. In an 8-1 ruling, the Supreme Court ruled that police officers can break into homes, without a warrant, even if it’s the wrong home as long as they think they have a reason to do so. Despite the fact that the police in question ended up pursuing the wrong suspect, invaded the wrong apartment and violated just about every tenet that stands between us and a police state, the Court sanctioned the warrantless raid, leaving Americans with little real protection in the face of all manner of abuses by law enforcement officials.
L is for LICENSE PLATE READERS, which enable law enforcement and private agencies to track the whereabouts of vehicles, and their occupants, all across the country. This data collected on tens of thousands of innocent people is also being shared between police agencies, as well as with fusion centers and private companies. This puts Big Brother in the driver’s seat.
M is for MAIN CORE. Since the 1980s, the U.S. government has acquired and maintained, without warrant or court order, a database of names and information on Americans considered to be threats to the nation. As Salon reports, this database, reportedly dubbed “Main Core,” is to be used by the Army and FEMA in times of national emergency or under martial law to locate and round up Americans seen as threats to national security. As of 2008, there were some 8 million Americans in the Main Core database.
N is for NO-KNOCK RAIDS. Owing to the militarization of the nation’s police forces, SWAT teams are now increasingly being deployed for routine police matters. In fact, more than 80,000 of these paramilitary raids are carried out every year. That translates to more than 200 SWAT team raids every day in which police crash through doors, damage private property, terrorize adults and children alike, kill family pets, assault or shoot anyone that is perceived as threatening—and all in the pursuit of someone merely suspected of a crime, usually possession of some small amount of drugs.
O is for OVERCRIMINALIZATION and OVERREGULATION. Thanks to an overabundance of 4500-plus federal crimes and 400,000 plus rules and regulations, it’s estimated that the average American actually commits three felonies a day without knowing it. As a result of this overcriminalization, we’re seeing an uptick in Americans being arrested and jailed for such absurd “violations” as letting their kids play at a park unsupervised, collecting rainwater and snow runoff on their own property, growing vegetables in their yard, and holding Bible studies in their living room.
P is for PATHOCRACY and PRECRIME. When our own government treats us as things to be manipulated, maneuvered, mined for data, manhandled by police, mistreated, and then jailed in profit-driven private prisons if we dare step out of line, we are no longer operating under a constitutional republic. Instead, what we are experiencing is a pathocracy: tyranny at the hands of a psychopathic government, which “operates against the interests of its own people except for favoring certain groups.” Couple that with the government’s burgeoning precrime programs, which will use fusion centers, data collection agencies, behavioral scientists, corporations, social media, and community organizers and by relying on cutting-edge technology for surveillance, facial recognition, predictive policing, biometrics, and behavioral epigenetics in order to identify and deter so-called potential “extremists,” dissidents or rabble-rousers. Bear in mind that anyone seen as opposing the government—whether they’re Left, Right or somewhere in between—is now viewed as an extremist.
Q is for QUALIFIED IMMUNITY. Qualified immunity allows officers to walk away without paying a dime for their wrongdoing. Conveniently, those deciding whether a police officer should be immune from having to personally pay for misbehavior on the job all belong to the same system, all cronies with a vested interest in protecting the police and their infamous code of silence: city and county attorneys, police commissioners, city councils and judges.
R is for ROADSIDE STRIP SEARCHES and BLOOD DRAWS. The courts have increasingly erred on the side of giving government officials—especially the police—vast discretion in carrying out strip searches, blood draws and even anal probes for a broad range of violations, no matter how minor the offense. In the past, strip searches were resorted to only in exceptional circumstances where police were confident that a serious crime was in progress. In recent years, however, strip searches have become routine operating procedures in which everyone is rendered a suspect and, as such, is subjected to treatment once reserved for only the most serious of criminals.
S is for the SURVEILLANCE STATE. On any given day, the average American going about his daily business will be monitored, surveilled, spied on and tracked in more than 20 different ways, by both government and corporate eyes and ears. A byproduct of this new age in which we live, whether you’re walking through a store, driving your car, checking email, or talking to friends and family on the phone, you can be sure that some government agency, whether the NSA or some other entity, is listening in and tracking your behavior. This doesn’t even begin to touch on the corporate trackers that monitor your purchases, web browsing, Facebook posts and other activities taking place in the cyber sphere.
T is for TASERS. Nonlethal weapons such as tasers, stun guns, rubber pellets and the like have been used by police as weapons of compliance more often and with less restraint—even against women and children—and in some instances, even causing death. These “nonlethal” weapons also enable police to aggress with the push of a button, making the potential for overblown confrontations over minor incidents that much more likely. A Taser Shockwave, for instance, can electrocute a crowd of people at the touch of a button.
U is for UNARMED CITIZENS SHOT BY POLICE. No longer is it unusual to hear about incidents in which police shoot unarmed individuals first and ask questions later, often attributed to a fear for their safety. Yet the fatality rate of on-duty patrol officers is reportedly far lower than many other professions, including construction, logging, fishing, truck driving, and even trash collection.
V is for VIPR SQUADS. So-called “soft target” security inspections, carried out by roving VIPR task forces, comprised of federal air marshals, surface transportation security inspectors, transportation security officers, behavior detection officers and explosive detection canine teams, are taking place whenever and wherever the government deems appropriate, at random times and places, and without needing the justification of a particular threat.
W is for WHOLE-BODY SCANNERS. Using either x-ray radiation or radio waves, scanning devices and government mobile units are being used not only to “see” through your clothes but to spy on you within the privacy of your home. While these mobile scanners are being sold to the American public as necessary security and safety measures, we can ill afford to forget that such systems are rife with the potential for abuse, not only by government bureaucrats but by the technicians employed to operate them.
Y is for YOU-NESS. Using your face, mannerisms, social media and “you-ness” against you, you can now be tracked based on what you buy, where you go, what you do in public, and how you do what you do. Facial recognition software promises to create a society in which every individual who steps out into public is tracked and recorded as they go about their daily business. The goal is for government agents to be able to scan a crowd of people and instantaneously identify all of the individuals present. Facial recognition programs are being rolled out in states all across the country.
Z is for ZERO TOLERANCE. We have moved into a new paradigm in which young people are increasingly viewed as suspects and treated as criminals by school officials and law enforcement alike, often for engaging in little more than childish behavior. In some jurisdictions, students have also been penalized under school zero tolerance policies for such inane "crimes" as carrying cough drops, wearing black lipstick, bringing nail clippers to school, using Listerine or Scope, and carrying fold-out combs that resemble switchblades. The lesson being taught to our youngest—and most impressionable—citizens is this: in the American police state, you’re either a prisoner (shackled, controlled, monitored, ordered about, limited in what you can do and say, your life not your own) or a prison bureaucrat (politician, police officer, judge, jailer, spy, profiteer, etc.).

We have moved beyond the era of representative government and entered a new age.
You can call it the age of authoritarianism. Or fascism. Or oligarchy. Or the American police state.

Last Sunday, Commission President Ursula von der Leyen participated in the Euro-Chanukah on the Schuman roundabout in Brussels. The President lighted the Chanukiah at an event organised by the European Jewish Community Centre.
The President also delivered a speech in which she highlighted the importance of Chanukah: “I believe it speaks to all human beings. This Festival of Lights tells us to keep hoping even in the darkest of times; to keep working for a better future, even when the circumstances seem desperate. It tells us that a small action can make a big difference,” the President said.
Underlining the current challenges faced by the Jewish community today, the President spoke of an “old evil” resurfacing in Europe as swastikas have been painted on Jewish homes, synagogues have been vandalised, and Jewish children have had to be kept locked in schools over concerns for their safety.
As she outlined the latest actions by the Commission to address this situation, President von der Leyen said that “one of the teachings of Chanukah is that you can either curse the dark or light a candle. We are going for the latter.” The President presented the plan “No place for hate: a Europe united against hatred”, which was adopted last week by the Commission and the EU High Representative, and in which the fight against anti-Semitism has a central place. “We want to protect places of worship – starting with synagogues. Because no one should be afraid to profess their own faith. We will fight hate speech online. Because it is never okay to use faith as a slur, neither in the streets nor on the internet.”
Finally, paying homage to the great cultural contribution of European Jews like Felix Mendelssohn, Marc Chagall and Hannah Arendt, President von der Leyen announced her intention to create an award to celebrate Jewish cultural heritage in Europe.
“We must bring new energy to our age-old value of unity in diversity,” the President said as conclusion. “This is also the spirit of Chanukah. It is not only a celebration of the past but a time to renew our hopes for the future with the confidence that ‘weeping may endure for a night, but joy cometh in the morning'.”

The European Commission, (EC), is the executive of the EU, which means that it is considered the most powerful office in Europe. The President of the EC, currently Jean-Claude Juncker, elected until 2019, is responsible for setting the policy agenda and all legislative proposals. The EC is the only body that can set laws for the entire European Union. The position is elected by the European Parliament on a proposal from the European Council for five-year terms.
The European Commission, European Council and Union for Foreign Affairs and Security Policy are the three arms that represent the EU internationally. The three individuals who head these groups are considered some of the most powerful people in the world.
European Union Salaries The basic monthly salary of the President is fixed at 112.5% of the top civil service grade, which in 2013, amounted to €25,351 per month or €304,212 per year, plus an allowance for a residence equal to 15% of salary as well as other allowances including children's schooling and household expenses.

The European Jewish Union established a European Jewish Parliament comprising of 120 members from 50 countries and is modelled on the Israeli parliament called Knesset. This parliament says that its aim is to represent the concerns of the Jewish Diaspora in the European Union and other European Countries.
The EJC protects the interests of its affiliated communities, working daily with European Union institutions and officials, the Council of Europe (where the EJC has participatory status) and national governments and parliaments. According to Wikipedia: "The EJCintends to protect human rights, fight xenophobia and anti-Semitism, promote interfaith dialogue, implement cultural and educational programmes, and remember the Holocaust and other events that killed millions of people. Many Europeans, including Jews say that this organization is actually promoting racism and anti-Semitism against Jews and are using Jews as a smoke-screen to hide their illegal activities in making money and gaining power. The democratic deficit, (technocratic dictatorship), inherent in the EEC has also openly admitted within academia, that the lack of democracy was a deliberate part of the European Economic Community up until the formation of the European Parliament in 1979. This is self-evident, as from 1953-1979, the predecessor of the European Parliament was not even directly elected, neither was any part of the the EEC as a whole in its prior formations showing that the project for a federalist Europe, pushed by Jewish-Supremacists, was designed initially and intentionally without any direct democratic accountability, so it could literally ignore and over-rule the opinions of the people of Europe and push 'integration,' the rapid destruction of each unique European state and its people.

Jean Monnet is considered the intellectual father of the European Economic Community. He is also quite evidently Jewish, having been born into a Jewish merchant family, living in France, Jean Monnet spent his early life travelling around between trading centers for his family's company and the rest of his life espousing and promoting a European federal state, with the aim of destroying the European people. He is openly called an ‘internationalist’ in academia.
The Jewish international pressure to enforce anti-white, (masked as anti-racist), legislation into a future European federal state. The very idea to found a European federal state, were clearly evident from as early as 1940, where Jews who "had been putting pressure on the Roosevelt Administration on this very point" (F. Fransen, “The Supranational Politics of Jean Monnet: ideas and origins of the European Economic Community," Greenwood publishing, 2001, p54), were holding meetings with various future heads of state, such as post-war French Prime Minister De Gaulle, to force the acceptance of the idea of a European federal state into the political elite before they were accepted into government, in the same way academia forces pro-EU sentiments into future politicians when they are still students, except the minority of students are aware like myself, or past figures such as Margaret Thatcher.

Coudenhove-Kalergi founded the 1922 pan-European movement, with the support of B’nai B’rith, the Jewish international support agency for Jewish political interests. B’nai B’rith helped push Coudenhove-Kalergi and his vile, anti-European racist ideology into the political mainstream at the top of political circles. In 1932, Richard Coudenhove-Kalergi composed a preface for a new edition of his fathers condemnation of anti-Semitism, and in Praktischer Idealismus, in which he said the following:
“Today’s races and classes will gradually disappear owing to the vanishing of space, time, and prejudice. The Eurasian-Negroid race… similar in its appearance to the Ancient Egyptians, will replace the diversity of peoples…Instead of destroying European Jewry, Europe, against its own will… Turn Europe into a mixed race of Asians and Negroes… through this artificial selection process.”
The Coudenhove-Kalergi legacy is still strong in pro-European circles at the top of government, even though the average, nieve pro-Eu student has no idea of its existence, the Coudenhove-Kalergi Prize is awarded to heads of state and technocrats who ruthlessly push the EU.
Notably President Van Rompuy, otherwise known as the “Damp Rag” was awarded this prize.
The Communist-East German educated Chancellor Merkel, (a Christian-Democrat), who was also awarded this prize in 2010.

Altiero Spinelli (31 August 1907 – 23 May 1986), Altiero Spinelli short film with English Subtitles is another inborn communist who is known as one of the "Founding Fathers of the European Union." Deutsche is another one of the Jewish Founding Fathers of the EU:
His mother was a Czech Jew elected to Parliament who was known for her anti-Nazi rhetoric and activities, (or anti-Germanic racism, because she as a Jew, did not want Germanic folk to have a government that cares about our existence).
Deutsche himself was disallowed to return to university due to his vile anti-Germanic activism. Not only was the manipulatively named Karl ‘Deutsche’ a proponent of the anti-Germanic and anti-European federalist idea of a United States of Europe, he was also a participant in the San Francisco conference that was crucial in the founding of the United Nations in 1945.
Karl Deutsche is also appealed to as a Jewish ‘political scientist’ on the subject of the EU. He has also spent considerable effort in defiling nationalism during his time in academia. Jews like Deutsch, partook in the academic manipulation of public opinion, (through manipulating the opinions of students), on subjects such as the EU and the UN.
David Mitrany is another Jewish so called intellectual, who’s modern teachings, (that lie about and hide the true genocidal reasons), explaining EU expansion has been instrumental in ensuring pro-EU support of the political and academic classes.
Who is Mitrany?David Mitrany (1888–1977) was a so-called leading scholar in Political theory, specialising in explaining how the EU came into being and continues to expand, under a school of thought called ‘international functionalism. This internationalist tradition favoured integration and the development of international, rather than national institutions as a solution to the human problems of want and war which attempts to diagnose the reasons why the EU was founded and has since expanded to include 28 states and continues to grow in its domination of legislation (the EU produces 80% of all our legislation), and blame a complex series of abstract functional reasons and factors rather than the the obvious reason: Jews pushing and promoting the EU for over a century, as is clear and obvious to anyone who can look outside the controlled academic ‘debate’ (or facade) on the EU.
Ernst Bernard Haas (1924 – March 6, 2003), is a Jewish academic, who founded the ‘neofunctionalist’ approach to the EEC in an effort to divert away from the Jewish origins of the concept and genocidal plan for a federal European union, Haas was born in Frankfurt, Germany, in 1924 to a secular Jewish family, (like the majority of the founding teachers at the infamous Frankfurt school), he believed in undermining European states, especially Germany, for the intention of destroying and controlling them, out of sheer anti-European racial bigotry and supremacist delusions.
Another Neo-functionalist manipulator was author Leon N. Lindbergh among other manipulators who diverted discussions of the EU away from the obvious international Jewish lobbying and intellectual and governmental corruption causes are Stanley Hoffmann and Andrew Moravcsik. The entire academic facade on the EU has been controlled by Jewish Supremacists. David Mitrany himself is an ethnic Jew of Romanian origin and it is clear that this control of the EU debate ensures all elected politicians (as they all go through the same pro-EU classes at university as I am going through right now), leave university with the same world-view of the EU and are taught that EU expansion is natural and good, when in fact as history has proven and this article details, it is un-natural and is enacting an un-deniable genocide of the European people.
The Jewish control of academic discussion through the Jewish self-promotion or creation of ‘leading-scholars’ on the subject, whose artificial authority is then used to dominate all discussion on the EU, prevents students from finding out the truth about the EU, through discovering its self-evident Jewish origins and then contrasting that with the fact that the EU is destroying our race, nation, economy, military, environment, history and culture.
The more visible the alien Jewish power becomes, the less the EU is trusted by the European people.
The academic false-dichotomy between the Jewish theory of international functionalism or neo-functionalism and the Jewish theory of inter-Governmentalism, is set up to deliberately deny students the possibility of discovering the genocidal, and anti-democratic truth behind the EU, and the fact that these theories exist only as a facade, is to prevent students from seeing the truth about the EU.
This is important, as it is the fundamental reason why our entire political establishment supports the EU, as they have all been educated in the Kalergi-Coudenhove, Jean Monnet or David Mitrany schools of thought, about the processes and purposes of further genocidal EU expansion.
The reality of expansion of the EU and its origins cannot be explained in either the Neo-functionalist, international functionalist or inter-Governmentalist approaches, why? — Because all of these theories cannot work. The reason academia cannot analyze and come to an agreement or even a coherent theory about how the EU has maintained so much support as a concept through all of the Political class and then as a reality since the 1950s, is because academia, through Jewish activism, literally occupying academia as much as Jews occupy Palestine, is part of the reason why the EU retains political support and why it even had support as a concept back in the 1920s.
Academia is also disallowed by the Jewish intellectual and physical occupation that exists within it. The Council of ministers drives through legislations at the behest of interest and lobby groups, regardless of the opinions of national states and their population, with the rubber stamp parliament of the European Parliament doing nothing but debating in futility on legislation it cannot substantially alter, if the council of ministers so desires. ‘Supra-national actors’ play a major role in the formation of EU policy, and Jewish supra-national (above national or ‘international’), actors indeed created the entirety of the EU, and every prior format, existed as and the very concept of a United States of Europe as early as the 1920s, arguably since 1866, with the creation of the failed ‘Latin monetary union‘, again driven by Jewish-Surpemacists, which collapsed in 1927, which coincided with the main start of efforts to establish a Europe wide federal state as articulated in genocide terms by the likes of Coudenhove-Kalergi, as aforementioned.
The ECSC was designed not in order to benefit the economies of Europe, but in reality, as admitted in academia, it was an effort to remove the control of core industries essential for heavy industry and to ‘place them in the hands of international agents’, especially the German Ruhr coal mining area.
This was enacted under a facade of preventing war, by ‘confiscating’ resources essential for war, and putting them in the hands of impartial international-governmental bodies, in order to literally make it impossible for European nations to go to war, not just against themselves, but against the newly formed Jewish state, a line of anti-European ‘logic’, that is followed today with institutions like the IMF (International Monetary Fund). and World Bank, which can crush European nations finances within hours, as it routinely does to Greece. The European Court of Justice and European Court of Human rights, are instrumental to the anti-European European Union, under the facade of human rights and ‘justice’. They rule in accordance with the EU constitution and European convention on Human rights, which is not in accordance with natural rights or real justice, they in their effect, do nothing other than rule against governments and individual groups that attempt to slow down or obstruct further expansion of the political hegemony, leadership or dominance, especially by one state or social group over others, of the EU.
They care nothing for rights or justice and are legal bodies that ensure the destruction of European rights and European nation states and the people within them, gradually ruling by ruling. Every aspect of the EU and in all its prior formats from the ECSC and EEC have sought to do nothing other than to pursue the anti-European ideology of their Jewish founding fathers.

Few people know that one of the main initiators of the process of European integration was also the man who designed the genocide plan of the Peoples in Europe. His father was an Austrian diplomat named Heinrich von Coudenhove-Kalergi, (with connections to the Byzantine family of the Kallergis), and his mother, Japanese Mitsu Aoyama. Kalergi, thanks to his close contacts with all European aristocrats and politicians, due to the relationships of his nobleman-diplomat father, and by moving behind the scenes, away from the glare of publicity, he managed to attract the most important heads of state to his plan, making them supporters and collaborators for the "project of European integration".
In 1922, he founded the "Pan-European" movement in Vienna, which aimed to create a New World Order, based on a federation of nations led by the United States. European integration would be the first step in creating a world government. Among the first supporters, including Czech politicians, Tomáš Masaryk and Edvard Beneš, and the banker Max Warburg, who invested the first 60,000 marks. The Austrian Chancellor Ignaz Seipel and the next president of Austria, Karl Renner, took the responsibility for leading the "Pan-European" movement. The essence of the Kalergi plan

Although no textbook mentions Kalergi, his ideas are the guiding principles of the European Union. The award bears the name of Count Richard Nicolaus von Coudenhove-Kalergi (1894-1972), philosopher, diplomat, publisher and founder of the Pan-European Movement, (1923). Coudenhove-Kalergi was the pioneer of European integration and popularized the idea of a federal Europe with his work.

On March 8, a top German court in Cologne ruled that the Alternative for Germany (AfD) party could be labelled a ‘suspected threat’ to Germany’s constitution. The verdict is arguably one of the most important court decisions in modern German history, effectively marking a major turning point in the country’s democracy. With the decision, the court effectively cancelled an entire political party with thousands of members and millions of votes from the political map.

The direct political consequences of the verdict cannot be understated. In short, it paves the way for every member and politician in the party to be actively surveyed by the German state. It will also permit law enforcement to use informants throughout the party. Germany’s powerful domestic intelligence agency, the Office of the Protection of the Constitution (BfV), will have nearly unlimited power to spy on and monitor the private life of nearly anyone who chooses to associate with the legitimate party, regardless of whether that person has been accused of any crime.
One of the key justifications offered was the judges’ claim that there were signs the AfD sought to reduce in number non-German ethnic groups in Germany. The law removed the ‘blood’ aspect of German citizenship and determined that two foreign parents born on German soil could have their child eligible for German citizenship as long as one parent has resided in Germany for at least eight years. Now, German judges are actually claiming anyone who says otherwise is a threat to that very constitution, which is the situation AfD currently finds itself in.
Can ethnic Europeans organize politically? Whether Wolf will change the thinking of a German political establishment increasingly dedicated to the idea of a multicultural, multi-ethnic nation, remains to be seen. The whole debate raises an important question: can ethnic Germans campaign to maintain their majority ethnic status in their own country, particularly in the form of a political party?
It is an important question. While many ethnic Germans reject the idea that they are even a group that needs any representation, most ethnic groups in the world view political representation as a key element of not only furthering their goals, security and interests on an individual level but also as a people.
Statistics show that at least one out of every eight Germans is a foreigner, and the country’s foreign population increases every year, while the share of ethnic Germans decreases in turn. At the same time, the current left-wing government appears set to dramatically accelerate mass immigration in the coming years.
Yet, Germany’s court system is effectively asserting that the largest party opposed to mass immigration, the AfD, is not permitted to lobby and fight for their constituents when it comes to this specific concern. They are now a ‘threat to democracy,’. A move to crush the AfD may be an attempt to pre-emptively snuff out democratic opposition to the German left’s increasingly aggressive immigration agenda.
Within Germany, minority ethnic blocs already exist and operate to maximize their interests. Nearly half of Germany’s Turks are still allowed to vote in Turkey, and they vote overwhelmingly for the country’s Islamic strongman, Recep Tayyip Erdoğan.
Erdoğan has long been active in Germany’s Turkish community, where he regularly campaigns for their votes and addresses them in speeches. ‘From here I say to my brothers and sisters in Europe, educate your children at better schools, make sure your family live in better areas, drive in the best cars, live in the best houses,’ said Erdoğan in 2017. ‘Have five children, not three. You are Europe’s future.’
Erdoğan’s rhetoric may be crude, but there is a simple logic to more Turkish immigrants and children in Germany and Europe. In a democracy, demographics matter. The case of France shows, that 85 percent of Muslims voted in favour of Emmanuel Macron in order to keep the anti-immigration Marine Le Pen out of office, numbers matter.
Whether Germans want to believe it or not, ethnic groups and foreign nations are playing a game that many Germans are totally unaware of. While ethnic Germans may reject the idea of lobbying for their interests as racist, that does not necessarily mean other groups will have the same scruples. In countries across the West, migrants and foreigners increasingly vote for pro-migration parties that represent their interests. In the Netherlands, for example, they have actually formed their own explicitly pro-migrant, pro-Islam party.
However, in most Western European countries, migrants do not need such parties, and already see their interests as being well-represented by a range of left-wing parties, which are nearly universally pro-migrant, with some notable exceptions. For migrants in Germany looking to bring their family members into the country, which is undoubtedly an interest of many ethnic blocs, they can choose from the Green Party, the Social Democrats (SPD), Die Linke, and even the Free Democrat Party (FDP). This illustrates the increasingly one-way street on the issue of migration in the West, in which minorities, foreigners and migrants are allowed a nearly unlimited capacity to lobby for their interests and to actively increase their share of the population, while natives of Western countries are consistently excluded from this process, and in the case of Germany, now simply labelled a ‘threat to democracy.’
Germany, along with the rest of Western Europe, is embarking on a venture, in which the majority ethnic groups willingly become the minority through mass immigration. Most such events in history occurred through conquest, and many of them feature unfortunate endings for those who were conquered.
This demographic transformation is a real worry of a large segment of Europe’s population. France, in particular, has taken the question of immigration to heart, with talk of the Great Replacement dominating the political discourse around April’s national election, including in the media and on the campaign trail. The fact that Le Pen scored nearly 42 per cent of the vote shows how fractured that country’s political landscape has become.
The issue of demographic replacement is not going away either, and this is because there is no amount of sugar-coating that can hide the reality that Europeans are being replaced by non-Europeans. It is a quantifiable phenomenon, and demographic data confirms it is taking place. Yet, conservative or even left-wing parties that discuss, debate or reject this trend may increasingly fall afoul of hate speech laws, court actions, and even physical threats.
If ethnic Germans or French become a minority, will a multicultural utopia follow? If history is any guide, it is unlikely. In Europe, areas, where different ethnicities and religions have lived in peaceful coexistence for centuries, have erupted in bloodshed under the right conditions. The Balkan countries are just one recent example, but there are countless others.
If German society becomes less comfortable or an internal or external shock occurs, such as a major food crisis, Germans could quickly turn on the liberal consensus. Of course, this dramatic change in thinking was greatly guided by the media. The media is unlikely to change its consensus attitude on the issue of immigration regardless of what occurs internationally or domestically. Yet, the threat is still there for every multicultural society: how do the different cultures and peoples react to one another should the ‘good times’ come to an end and competition for resources increases?
Historical grudges against White Europeans could become more manifest in a political environment where ethnic Europeans head towards minority status, as is the case involving Whites in America. Despite optimism about a diverse future, a potential shift in political power could be unfavourable to Whites in the form of discrimination, reparations, and wealth and property taxes based on race, all of which sound alarmist, but all of which are current proposals growing in popularity in the U.S. and could easily be transferred to Europe in the future.
The classic argument is that White people do not need political representation, as they already represent the current ruling power. However, this power is in many ways illusory specifically because so many of the Whites in power in the West adhere to an anti-White ideology, and even those Whites who find this anti-White trend repugnant, many are deathly afraid of promoting anything that even comes close to the idea that their own group has its own interests.

The power that Whites think they hold in the West also looks increasingly tenuous over the long-term, and doubly so in countries like the United States, where anti-White rhetoric and even legislation are promoted more freely every year in tandem with White people’s approaching minority status.
Nevertheless, Whites are the only ethnic or racial group in the U.S. not permitted to explicitly lobby for their own interests. In Congress, for example, Black and Hispanic caucuses exist while a White caucus would be unheard of.
There are explicitly Black magazines, a Black Entertainment Television (BET) channel, and a Black Lives Matter movement, while any such attempts for Whites to organize in a similar manner would be treated as domestic extremism. Making any promises targeted to ‘White America’, which, as noted, is a demographic group also facing serious headwinds, would have made national headlines and virtually disqualified Trump despite Whites making up the vast majority of his supporters.
In Germany, White people are still the dominant group, yet, falling birth rates and mass immigration will lead eventually to the inevitable, and with that, ethnic Germans will likely see the same loss of political power as Whites as a group have seen in the United States.
While the AfD has effectively lost its ability to operate as a normal party or promote the interests of the majority ethnic group in the country, there is no reason to believe that the left-wing parties of Germany will stop working to promote the interests of other ethnic groups, offer foreigners more benefits, and even work towards making Germany’s main ethnic group a minority two to three generations.

They already have been and all of their shows suck. It's in all western media. Destroying white people is the agenda. They are destroying everything we are proud of. I live in SW Scotland, and very fortunate to live near some ancient Oaks - and the generous supply of edible mushrooms they produce. Horses were an intricate part of the development and expansion of indo European languages, cultures, and pre-christian spirituality throughout Eurasia. They allowed the White indo European tribes to revolutionize nomadic life along with the wheel and the cart. They were absolutely essential to the way of life and death of the ancestors of all modern native European nations. Usually PBS makes a point to give a shout out to the indigenous cultures impacted by the topic of the video. Since they didn't this time, I figured it was appropriate to post interesting facts about the concerned associated cultural history.
"Today there are all kinds of endangered species with small, isolated populations and low levels of genetic diversity." And as long as humans continue growing in numbers and prosperity, the populations of these endangered species will tend to become smaller, more isolated, and lower in genetic diversity. Heroic efforts by conservationists may temporarily help a species here or there, but unless we change the fundamental cause of habitat loss and fragmentation (that cause being growth in human numbers and prosperity), conservation efforts can only delay, not prevent, the ongoing sixth major mass extinction in Earth's history (the first mass extinction to be caused by a species - us).

Earth has been in a continuous Ice Age for about 3 Million years now, with the warmer inter-glacial periods averaging 15,000 years long, and the glacial periods averaging more like 100,000 years? And with archeologists estimating the current modern human form being some 80,000 to 100,000 years old, older hominid forms prior to modern man, like Cro-magnon or Neanderthals, being less anatomically evolved. Not that remnants of the Neanderthal race have entirely disappeared... Modern humans carry about 2% Neanderthal DNA in them. So if over the next few thousand years the Milankovich Cycle sends Earth back into the glacial period for 100k years, what would work migration of 10 Billion people & warfare be like given the inability to live in glacial areas?

Europe's animals have had some irreversible extinctions including the Cave Bear, Woolly Mammoth, Woolly Rhinoceros and Giant Deer. Scientists have spent considerable time on re-wilding initiatives in Europe with plans to reinvigorate the megafauna populations. They have successfully reintroduced European Bison (pictured right). In the Ice Age bison lived on open tundra, today they live in forest areas and during the First World War the numbers were decimated and only through careful and selective breeding have their numbers risen to roughly 3,000 today.
They have also successfully brought back the Musk Oxen into Scandinavian regions. The Brown bear (pictured left), are found in North America, and Europe.

The domestication of horses from their wild ancestors is a long and complex story. In this video, we take a look at the relationship between our species in the past, exploring how horses were domesticated and changed human history forever.
Equus is the only extant genus of the family Equidae, surprisingly, there are three subgenera, Asinus (Donkeys), Equus (True Horses), and Hippotigris (Zebras), interestingly the Donkeys (subgenus Asinus) are the most basal subgenus within the genus Equus, while the zebras (subgenus Hippotigris) are the sister group to the true horses (subgenus Equus), in fact the subgenus Equus contains two species, the Tarpan (Equus ferus) and the Przewalski's Horse (Equus przewalskii), the former cladistically includes the Domestic Horse (Equus ferus caballus).
Horse Hunting around that Solutray (?) French cliff en route between the rivers and Massif Central, likely was a long-lived cultural tradition, were tribes from miles around convened to go hunting the yearly horse trek together. Cliff top gave a unique viewpoint miles around, so one could see the herds coming down the valleys, or better, see the smoke / fire signs from scouts further up on the trek route. Using small fires or even hunter groups posted visibly on the horses route*, they could then split off smaller herds which were then lead to the cliff face to finish them off. * Horses are easily scared of unusual, new things, and a loud group of scouts will easily make them go an other way -where hunters want them to go.
Such large hunting events might have been a sort of potlatch, the most successful chiefs throwing parties for others, perhaps even inviting guests from far off regions, exchanging gifts and bride partners and showing off valuable hides from cave lions, sabre tooth or rare, hard to catch smaller animals.
The many great cave pictures of horses confirm a mythical status, which it would have had as center piece of the yearly hunt. Only as a cultural tradition, such a place could have had such a long life as favored hunting & butcher location, and for the peoples around, there would have been a sort of cult around the horses, the bringer of food and welfare.
Scientists might want to check the horse's teeth or bones for season signs, as most likely it would be the autumn trek that was targeted, the beasts being fat and healthy after the summer - and, a good time for a party with warm evenings and the need to fatten up for the winter, also for us humans ;)
There was only thing missing in your video is that in studying horse DNA only about 10%percent of the original male DNA exist today where 90% of the female original DNA exist. They can now trace the female horses DNA of individuals back to their original herd.
I found this by studying to write the ancient history of my Sarmatian tribe DNA. We must have been using the male horses in battle through the centuries. But the fact that we can trace the females back to their original herd, which will maybe lead to us Slavs finding our original horse herd as well. I can tell you that the herd may family was last attached to was in 1400 A.D. when the Tartars invaded eastern Europe and The Polish Hussars came riding out to find all the Slavic herdsmen to defend against the invading Tartars.
What is interesting my name sake became the archery commander during the last battle with the Tartars and won a place in Poland and the Hussars. I even know the name of the clan that found my herd and brought us to Pomerania Poland. I even know the coat of arms he won as the archer commander. For the herdsmen were not trained as well as Hussars when they would be found.

Both the word "cave" and the scientific name spelaeus are used because fossils of this species were mostly found in caves. The cave bear's range stretched across Europe; from Spain and Great Britain in the west, Italy, parts of Germany, Poland, the Balkans, Romania and parts of Russia, including the Caucasus; and northern Iran."

Russian scientists have found the furry head of an Ice Age wolf perfectly preserved in the Siberian permafrost.
The head, which died 40,000 years ago, was discovered in the Russian Arctic region of Yakutia.
Valery Plotnikov, a top researcher at the local branch of the Russian Academy of Sciences, said the animal belonged to an ancient subspecies of wolf that lived at the same time as the mammoths and became extinct alongside them.
Scientists said it was an adult, about 25 per cent bigger than today's wolves, but did not say whether it was male or female.
Mr Plotnikov called the discovery unique because scientists previously only had found wolf skulls without tissues or fur, while this head has ears, a tongue and a perfectly preserved brain. END

Until recently, the earliest fossil of a Homotherium in the region dated to about 300,000 years ago, and many paleontologists had assumed that’s when the large cat went locally extinct."

For the record it's saber tooth CAT not TIGER. they were only distantly related to tigers they weren't even a member of the family PANTERA LEO (tigers, lions, leopards, jaguars). they were a branch of the feline family that is gone completely. and it's highly unlikely they were striped.
I live in Southern California I have been to the Rancho La Brea tar pits museum. The Tar pits were and still are lethal for animals. So many ice age predators are found there. The Short Faced Bear The American Lion Dire Wolves Sabertooth Cats as well as the prey they fed on. It's hard to believe as little as 11,000 years ago the Deserts in California Nevada and Arizona were vast areas of Forests and grassy plains and many species thrived but now are gone. The Forests and grass plains are gone replaced by arid dry deserts.
There was an experiment done a few years ago by a scientist, can't remember the name, who built a jaw out of metal put it on a small tractor and was able to try different methods of biting, in the stomach/ flank, and the neck. They were able to work out that the neck bite would rip the large blood vessels and windpipe. The flank bite would not work, because it put too much strain on the teeth and could break them. It was a interesting video. It was a very in-depth study of how the cat made the kills.
Members of the genus Smilodon are more properly nicknamed "saber-toothed lions" because their behavior is far more similar to that of lions than tigers, with Smilodon species known to hunt in groups called prides, which are mostly made of females with fewer fully grown males, like with lions, infanticide is present after the original lead males are defeated, mainly so they would ensure own progeny, however, despite common names, saber-toothed cats are a wholly distinct subfamily (Machairodontinae) from modern cats (subfamily Felinae), hence the division of cats (family Felidae) into only three recognized subfamilies: †Proailurinae (Primitive Cats), †Machairodontinae (Saber-Toothed Cats), and Felinae (Modern Cats).
A large proportion of their biting angle is spanned by their canines. Also, the canines and their support in the skull seem to be prone to breakage! Weren't they scavenger?
I think the issue of how the saber-toothed cats used their teeth has been been pretty well figured out. It can't be confirmed through observation, of course, but given the relative fragility of the teeth, we know they couldn't have been used to bit down on bone, so biting down to break a prey animal's neck is not a possibility -- and those dagger-like teeth wouldn't have helped in doing that anyway. The length, the sharp inner edge, and the powerful body all argue very compellingly for an ambush predator who uses its massive, powerful body -- more robustly built, and much stronger than other big cats -- to grab on and hold on, and possibly to wrestle prey down, to deliver a bite almost certainly to the soft tissues of the prey's throat. This would avoid breaking those teeth on bone, and the prey would quickly asphyxiate and/or bleed out from severed blood vessels. The throat is the only target that makes sense -- the prey's belly would be equally soft and unlikely to break those teeth, but that wouldn't result in a swift enough kill. Any other targets would probably be too well protected by bone for a smilodon to try and bite there, and risk breaking its teeth.
Also arguing for this is the comparatively weak bite they had. I know in the video, that one paleontologist noted the larger attachment area on the skull for the jaw muscles, and deduced they had a powerful bite, but I've read elsewhere that they had comparatively weak bites, because the zygomatic arches, through which the jaw muscles pass, are fairly small, and thus limit the size of the jaw muscle. This makes perfect sense if they are using their sharp teeth to slice through soft tissue; a super-powerful bite isn't at all necessary for that. The slicing action of the teeth would do the work, not the power of the bite, and this also accounts for how those teeth developed a sharp inner edge to make them better slicers of soft tissue.
Smilodon ultimately went extinct because it was just too specialized a predator. It was evolved beautifully to tackle the large megafauna of Pleistocene. But once they began to disappear, also thanks to the changing climate no doubt, it was simply too specialized to adapt and switch to smaller, fleeter prey.
Sabre tooth didn't kill it's prey with a bite, it killed it's prey with it's mouth closed and sneaking in an ambush attack with stabbing with an axe-swaying motion style of it's sabre tooth on it's prey's vital parts.
While interesting... some of the information in this is rather dated. More recent tests on the skulls have actually found that Smilodon actually had a weaker bite force ton an African Lion, which is quite telling, when the Smilodon species in California at the end of the Pleistocene was about the same size as the Siberian Tiger, with a max weight over 600 pounds, and Smilodons in South America at around the same time were even larger. But they had a proportionately weaker bite force than those of Pantherine cats.

When you look at this picture and see a man at 83kg and a lion ranging from 180 to 400kg, it would make you question how people back then defended themselves against lion attacks. Today's so-called experts have said the Neanderthals only had spear stabbers, not throwing spears. Many find it hard to believe Neanderthals didn't have a type of throwing weapon. I think they would have used wooden spear thrower to deliver wooden sticks with sharp points to hunt game and to defend themselves. Lions and Wolves must have killed many Neanderthals and Ice Age White Europeans.

An analysis of the microscopic wear on the teeth of the legendary “man-eating lions of Tsavo” reveals that it wasn’t desperation that drove them to terrorize a railroad camp in Kenya more than a century ago.
It's been proven in recent years that after testing the skulls that they didn't kill anywhere near 135 people. One lion killed roughly 40 people and the other about half of that. Both of the lions' had missing canines so they couldn't hunt their usual prey. The cave from the movie was a burial site, not a den where the lions lived and ate. Their skulls and hides are in the Fields Museum in Chicago. Great movie but a lot of liberties were taken to make it seem much worse than the truth.

The last ice age peaked around 20,000 years ago. Glaciers covered huge areas of North America, Europe, South America, and Asia. The last ice age was during the Pleistocene epoch which was a geological period starting 2.6 million years ago and ending 11,700 years ago. This epoch saw many glacial and interglacial periods. When the climate was cooler, the glaciers advanced. When it was warmer, they retreated. During the last ice age, global temperatures were about 11 degrees Fahrenheit (or 6 degrees Celsius) cooler than today. This last ice age began 115,000 years ago and ended 11,700 years ago.
With cooler temperatures and a lot of ice cover, there was less precipitation and less rainfall. Snow and ice reflected more of the sun’s rays, only adding to the cold. In addition, sea levels were much lower as more of the oceans were locked up as ice. This resulted in land bridges that had previously been covered by the sea. These bridges allowed species to access islands from the mainland and even cross from one continent to another.
